Thank you for shopping at NY Floral Design. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

• “Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Conditions for Returns

Within 24 Hours
Any merchandise returned, accompanied with the original sales receipt, will receive a full refund or store credit.

Within 24 Hours to 48 Hours
Any merchandise returned, accompanied with the original sales receipt, will receive a store credit or gift certificate.

After 48 hours
The sale is final. No Credit whatsoever.

Of any Customized Goods
Any order cut and measured specifically to meet the customer’s requirements, under no circumstances can be refunded. Management has the discretion and authority to accept or reject any merchandise returned.
