Daughter picked up the corsage and boutonnière for prom. Paid $75. No one was there. The left in heat at restaurant next door. Wilted. Corsage was same size as little boutonnière. Discussed color of baby dress when purchased. Corsage has royal blue. Totally wrong color. Terrible. My daughter is fine but way to show so little care in your product. DONT EVER USE THIS CRAPPY FLORIST.This is not an edit. It is a response to the many excuses for a terrible terrible excuse of a corsage. 3 flowers. A ribbon that barely even covered the tying of huge corsage. For $75. Make all the excuses you want. You should be embarrassed. I am embarrassed for you. Don not ever use this florist.

This wonderful shop was able to put together STUNNING arrangements for my wedding with only one days notice (I eloped.) I ordered a bridal bouquet, a corsage for my mom, a grooms flower and a flower girls halo. The halo was particularity impressive. I could not believe the detail. It was just stunning and also very functional. Stayed perfectly on my 9 year olds head all day and didn’t wilt in the hot sun (I had a July wedding.) They delivered all of these wonderful arrangements to my hotel the next morning, exactly on time. They truly made a significant contribution to my special day. I can say with confidence they really do LOVE what they do and they are extremely talented and professional. Highly recommend. Can not say enough good things.

On our recent anniversary our children sent us an extraordinarily gorgeous arrangement from New York Floral Design. It took our breath away! As several flowers did not hold up I wrote to them and the next day Hilton came right over with some new flowers without the slightest hesitance. Grew up with my mother owning and still owns a very high end flower boutique up north and this is literally the only place that I will ever get flowers from. You can’t get arrangements from another flower store in this area that creates the same quality of work. Trust me I’ve been searching for years. Let me start off by saying it was very hard finding a florist who would even talk to me because my wedding was only 50 people. However, I am so glad that I found NY Floral Design! I am blown away with what they were able to do for my wedding.After showing some inspiration pictures and meeting to see samples, they were able to make exactly what I wanted and at a fair cost. I’ve used this WONDERFUL florist for years now, and he ALWAYS comes through for me. Today, I called late in the day and he was able to get flowers to my mom on VERY short notice. The bouquet was beautiful. Just a stand up, quality florist. HIGHLY recommend. Fair prices and quality flowers.

Ordered two dozen roses with the deluxe upgrade for one of our long time employees retirement. The owner spoke with me on the phone and was extremely gracious and accommodating! Flowers were delivered on time, even earlier than expected. The roses were so beautiful, fresh, vibrant. Worth every penny and she loved them. I was given this florist by a nearby local resident and they sent the most magnificent huge fresh Wild flower Bouquet to our daughter for her birthday that anyone in our family has ever seen. A memorable work of art that stunned our daughter and she had company arriving that day. Cannot thank these miracle workers enough. She took a video of the masterpiece so very pleased and grateful. New York floral made my vision become a reality for my wedding. I didn’t want to do the typical or traditional wedding flowers that you see at every wedding. The staff were wonderful to work with and really understood what look I was going for. They used the theme for my wedding, which was tropical, and created centerpieces that were amazing! The hupah was awesome and my bouquet was fabulous! I would definitely recommend them.

I purchased an arrangement for $100 a week ago to be delivered today and I received nothing like the product I purchased, promising snap dragons and beautiful orange roses. In fact, it’s was hideous kale leaves and pink Lily’s which were sitting in moldy water... not at all close to what was ordered or expected. Obviously I was quite upset, as these flowers were for a special occasion and when I spoke to the owner, they were so unprofessional, rude (“nasty” is the better word) that it became clear to me immediately that the owner was incapable of coming up with an appropriate solution, especially when she said “they’re just flowers! There are worse things to be upset about, like cancer”. This comment took me aback, who talks like that? And even worse, to a RETURNING customer! All that said, it’s simple - I ordered a specific flower arrangement from your website, it is your responsibility (as a business) to deliver what I bought or to at least contact me to let me know what is and isn’t available/in stock. Otherwise that is product misrepresentation and I do not support businesses who rip off their customers. Shame on you for doing so. I expect a full refund for the flowers my family had to HAND DELIVER back to you today. Must say, after this experience, I can claim that it's easier dealing with monkeys than these people.

Our son and daughter got married in February 2019 and we found NY Floral and Design through Yelp! What a wonderful group of people to work with! Hilton, Lynette and Garrard were wonderful as well as the other staff members we met through the process! They helped us with our Budget, cost effective flowers and other floral suggestions/ideas to help make the venue look as well as it did! We received SO many compliments on the flowers, arrangements and table displays at the venue/"The Pavilion". I would highly recommend NY Floral for any of your floral/decor needs as they will truly take care of you like "family"! They were very responsive and totally in communication with you all the way to the wedding/Reception!! We had NO issues and I/we did not have to worry as they kept us in the loop! I love NY Floral Design. So far, I've used them twice, both arrangements were for my dad, and each arrangement was spectacular. I do mean absolutely beautiful. Hilton was kind and helpful with taking my orders, you really couldn't ask for better service or more beautiful flowers. The arrangements were exotic and "masculine" at the same time. Just exquisite really.

Buyer beware. I contracted this business to design 2 floral arrangements. They came to my home and had me look in a catalogue. I selected the flowers that I liked and the designer took weeks to finish one of the pieces for my kitchen table. The owner called me in advance and said the 2 arrangements would cost $600 and I paid him $300.00 over the phone. I thought maybe that was a bit pricey but I was going to receive 2 beautiful pieces! Wrong! He brought the kitchen piece and was prepared to design the other arrangement in my home. When he walked in, I informed him of my dissatisfaction. He said, we were only able to purchase one flower and I knew you wouldn't like the arrangement. The question in my head was, why wouldn't he have called me? When he pulled out the material for the second arrangement and placed one, yes one, flower in the styrofoam the flower wobbled. I asked him again, how will this flower stay in place? He responded, we will lean it against the wall. He finally said that he would take the unfinished piece back to the shop and purchase some sticks to compliment the piece. After serious thought, I called the owner in the morning and said I just want my vases back and perhaps he could find it in his heart to give me back something for my $300. deposit. When I spoke to him he said I can have 1 large flower, three small flowers (that you can purchase at Michaels for pennies) and a small bag of rocks and leaves if I provide him with another $150.00! I thought I heard him incorrectly! If he would have given one flower or something I would have been happy. I said that I will not give him another penny and with that he said come pick up your vases. This is a horrific way to do business and I would have rather given a homeless person my $300.00.

Ive been using New York Floral Design for over 2 years now. They have proved time and time again that they are not only the best in the area, but some of the best in the industry. It doesn't matter if you know exactly what flowers to send someone or you rely on the expertise of their team, you're in great hands when it comes to your floral arrangement. The shop itself is very clean, the owners and staff are so accommodating and helpful that it makes the entire experience very nice. Can't thank the team enough.

I saw this florist when I was getting my hair done next store and I stopped in quickly to see what they offered in terms of doing wedding flowers and was blown away. Lynette took the time to talk to me right away, I gave her my information and she let me set up a consult whenever it was good for me. The consult was amazing...I had some general ideas of what I wanted but nothing too specific; however they pulled out all these different flowers and fillers which made things so much easier. Not only did Lynette sit down with me but both her designers sat down with me for more than an hour and went over in detail what we could do. They literally drew designs of different pieces I needed and listed all the flowers we would use in my bouquets, boutounierrs, corsages etc. The attention they gave was unbelievable. To top off the wonderful consult the price Hilton delivered for everything I needed was beyond reasonable. I was truly blown away. They gave me the option to take some time to think about if I wanted to use them but I signed the contract right there. I could not pass on their amazing work, attention to detail, kindness and price. They do only one wedding a weekend and their designers deliver the flowers themselves. No random delivery people who drop the flowers off and leave. I cannot wait to see the finished project and highly highly recommend NY Florist to everyone no matter the occasion. Thank you NY Florist for making my wedding planning so much easier.

I can’t say enough good things about New York Floral Design. Working with Hilton, Lynette, and Gerard was a dream. I can’t explain how grateful I am for everything they did for us. Our wedding weekend would not have been the same without them. They turned my vision into a reality. My bouquet was absolutely stunning and the bouquets/boutonnières for the bridal party were perfect. The Huppah for our ceremony, the isle, and the centerpieces for the reception were absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail was outstanding. They also did an amazing job for our rehearsal dinner. It was all picture perfect. Hilton and his team are so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. They truly treated us like part of their family. Everything was gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. They were a dream to work with!

Reports of your recent creation for my sister in the hospital are enormously satisfying. She loved your work--said it was the most beautiful arrangement she'd ever received. The shells in the vase were tremendously successful--for her, and reportedly, for many many others who saw the bouquet. Moreover, a week after delivery, the flowers were still lovely! Thank you! Thank you for pulling off to the side of the road on your way into the store to take my order when I called from New York at 8:30am! I needed anniversary flowers to be delivered that day. The owners are great people. I met them when I came in to actually get a balloon replaced because one had popped. They were very helpful and willing to make things right. You can see they are dedicated to customer service and taking care of the people that come in their establishment.
